It's fully functional, just weak and painful, so not fully torn.  A tight compression wrap is keeping it stable, but the tape for that doesn't work well in he pool, so that's just KT Tape swimming.  That's not super helpful for stability so I have to go easy

gym last night.  Leg night.  Lots of leg press with higher weigths.  I was not feeling well and did not do as much as I normally do, like lunges and more squats.

2 x 12 at 200ish
1 x 8 at 315
a bunch of reps at lower weight
2 x 12 at 100 ish

Some squats

3 x 12 on some weird machine you lay down on and but a belt over your waist and then do these weird pelvic bends.

3 x 10 seated leg curl at around 100 to 120 lbs

3 x 12 ab crunch

catching up:

Tuesday's game was a tough game, refs let it get physical because it was clean, we beat a tough team 5-4!  And I did no more damage to my arm!  Another win!

Wednesday and Thursday, 44 laps, plus about 1/2 hour rehabbing all the broken bits

Today, 10 miles bike, 1 hour gym - maybe some leg work with the rehab :check:
