Dirtyhip Posted December 17, 2014 Share #1 Posted December 17, 2014 My new med is putting me through the ringer today. I thought I was done with the nausea stuff. I would go home, but I am working on this complex spreadsheet with all these calculations that will help my department gain more funds for operational purposes. This doc is due today, and I found out about 3 hours ago. I think the numbers made me vomit. HAHA

Thaddeus Kosciuszko Posted December 17, 2014 Share #16 Posted December 17, 2014 Yeah. I think this is way beyond nausea now. HAHA Did this nausea or sickness, perchance, happen to begin in the morning? Maybe it's not the flu, but instead it's K's fault...

UglyBob Posted December 17, 2014 Share #18 Posted December 17, 2014 I had to deal with vomit last night. One of the dogs was sick all night. Sasha kept waking me up and then puked on the family room floor. I got less than 2 hours sleep...
Randomguy Posted December 17, 2014 Share #19 Posted December 17, 2014 I am sorry you are a barf machine, DH! My mom takes really hard-core medications and spends an hour in the morning and an hour in the early evening throwing up, every single day. Health problems suck. a bunch of numbers Posted December 17, 2014 Share #20 Posted December 17, 2014 I should vomit in my trash can and see if I can make anyone else throw up. Set off a chain of events throughout the office. BLEH! This almost happened to me. Co-worker started puking in her trash can and I was ready to push her out of the way, thought I was buy'n the buick next. I have a weak stomach when it comes to that. I walked out of there fast, gagging. Sorry buddy.. Hope you're feeling better.
Solution Pokey Posted December 17, 2014 Solution Share #21 Posted December 17, 2014 Sorry that you're feeling so crummy, DH. I'd suggest that you go into Mooseknuckle's cube/office/whatever and share the moment.
Dirtyhip Posted December 17, 2014 Author Share #22 Posted December 17, 2014 I threw up in the hallway. Couldn't make it to the bathroom. Got most of it in a trash can though. So gross. K is gong to take my temp. I am hoping this is side effect and not flu. K picked me up and took me home.
Pokey Posted December 17, 2014 Share #23 Posted December 17, 2014 Ugh...that really blows. Hope it isn't the flu.
Square Wheels Posted December 18, 2014 Share #24 Posted December 18, 2014 I guess if it were me I'd prefer it be the flu. If the nausea prohibits you from taking this new drug, that's one less option that you have.
