I prefer to use the free PeopleOne Health, a part of SparkAmerica because it has a great app for figuring out calorie counts for losing weight over specific periods of time based on age, activities, weight, etc., it has good calorie listings for meals, groups you can join, etc. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
