I've used the Nutrition information from Livestrong's MyFitnessPal and from Livestrong, here and here.

I prefer to use the free PeopleOne Health, a part of SparkAmerica because it has a great app for figuring out calorie counts for losing weight over specific periods of time based on age, activities, weight, etc., it has good calorie listings for meals, groups you can join, etc.
