Bleh... It needs some acid, like apple cider vinegar or cranberry, to cut through the richness. I'll have to give the leftovers a think. 1

Airehead ★ Posted January 3 Author Share #5 Posted January 3 Something with some acid. Goose tortillas. I have made this with turkey. Add anything you want to it. INGREDIENTS 1 portion cooked goose 10 tortilla wraps (or however many you need) 1 head Romaine lettuce 1 carrot 1 red pepper 1/4 red head cabbage 1 lime 1 tablespoon chilli sauce INSTRUCTIONS Shred the lettuce and add to a bowl. Grate the the carrots and add them to the lettuce mix. Slice the red pepper, removing the seeds. Add the slices to the bowl and mix together. Carefully slice the red cabbage into thin slices. Drizzle the salad with lime juice and a little olive oil. Add a drizzle of sriracha sauce if you want to add a fiery kick to the wraps. Give the salad a good stir to mix everything together. Shred the leftover goose using two forks. You can microwave it to be hot goose but cold works really well too. Assemble the wraps with a mix of salad and goose.
