Dirtyhip Posted January 3 Share #1 Posted January 3 I like it. We bought this bowflex trainer. It is pretty good. Very quiet too.

It has an electronic coach, and you can set it to cruise a certain area of the world. The app cam with our trainer. Kinda funny, the cat was inside and I was on the bike. He was off his towel and walking around. When he would walk in front the the bike, he would run. LOL 1

I got up every day around 5 to watch the sunrise over the ocean/ports while I put in some miles. I used their adaptive workouts and had the screen display some fun places. I loved the Pacific Northwest trails.
Bikeguy Posted January 3 Share #8 Posted January 3 https://www.jrny.com/ Interesting... Nautilus, Inc owns JRNY, Bowflex, Schwinn and of course Nautilus. The one thing I've been considering is some kind of weight training. The older I get... the weaker I get. That's got to stop. And te only way I know how is to start training. I guess I'll have to clean out part of my basement storage room for some Bowflex stuff.

Dirtyhip Posted January 4 Author Share #11 Posted January 4 It has been good to kick it up a bit. I tend to get in cruise mode when I ride alone, so this forces me to work much harder.
