So I just dreamed that we could see snow covered rocky mountains from the mountains of eastern pa.

Other than overhead from 41,000 feet, I guess a distant hill would be the best way to see Seattle.

I can't think of a dream about mountains, I only got as far as a hill.

in the dream I was walking through the woods around "Bloody Pond," an area where I used to take my beagle rabbit hunting in my youth.

I look up at a craggy hill I've often walked by in real life and there, at the top were people sitting at a picnic table and eating something.

So I walked up the hill and there, eating a bucket of KFC chicken, were my deceased parents and, I think, a couple other people.

For some reason, when I dream about deceased people I never realize they're deceased in the dream.

My mother told me to sit down and have a piece of chicken and I did.

I don't remember much else about the dream.

I don't know the significance of the fried chicken except that I used to prepare it when I worked at a fast food place as a teenager.

When I was in high school in the 60's, I had a part-time job at "Gino's" - a McD's like fast-food place that had the Maryland Franchise for Kentucky Fried Chicken.

My two younger siblings - and my parents - were tickled when I'd come home from work with leftover burgers, fries, and fried chicken that we workers split up after closing - often cooking a little extra just before closing to make sure we had free stuff to take home.
