I'll be having pinto beans expertly prepared cooked in my 'CVRIA R/B/SC&S' this evening. Maybe chop up some smoked sausage and put it in there. 

I know you were anxious to know about how that situation is progressing.

Good. I can never have the wonderful flavor I received a few years ago when I grew beans in the garden. I really like pinto beans in general. The hulls on these are a little bulky. There are processing techniques to break those down but I don't need to move that way. I did read recently to add a bit of vinegar to the dish late in preparation. I meant to do that but forgot.
