Popular Post ChrisL Posted January 9 Popular Post Share #1 Posted January 9 I finally am getting my drywall repaired in the attic (on a common wall for fire code) and the holes the falling drywall punched in my ceiling repaired. The board denied the repair twice stating that drywall repair was on us. I kept telling them it’s in the attic and a fire code issue. Without ever communicating to us it was approved, a company reached out Friday stating the HOA approved the repairs. Both attic & ceiling holes??? Yep! Cool! 7 4
Thaddeus Kosciuszko Posted January 10 Share #2 Posted January 10 I'm guessing that one of the homeowners blackmailed informed the HOA board that if they didn't pay for the repairs for the damaged ceilings then some of the pictures of the deteriorating sheetrock firewalls in the attic would find their way to the local Building Inspector and the Permit Lady. Just guessing, because I know I would not have done that. 2
