jsharr ★ Posted January 13 Share #1 Posted January 13 Pick up a Malibu tomorrow AM because I was driving home and stopped at a red light. Light turned green, I gave the 300 some gas and it did a really hard shift and then the check engine light came on and the transmission stayed in 3rd gear. Took it to the dealer and the codes showed some transmission error that could be a valve body. Same thing happened at around 42000 miles under warranty. Think this one is on my dime. Factory coverage ran out at 60k and extended at 72k 5
