White Chicken Chili

And a Ground Turkey Meatloaf

I need another soup option I think..but small quantity. I will probably  share some with my sister.

Quick and easy maxx chicken soup.

rotisserie chicken

container of diced onion, celery and carrot mix

better than bullion roast chicken to make stock

rice

Mix and cook to taste.

I made a split pea soup, light on the peas, so the chicken broth and ham stood out. Even BuffCarla enjoyed it, though she told me she wouldn’t.

If you are a big fan of pea soup try running an immersion blender in it someday.  Everything will become sort of liquified.  It's different from what your making now but you might find it interesting.

I have to do another round of cooking for my mother this week. The idiots (family members) that take care of her are just feeding her frozen dinners that are crap and have a lot of things she's not supposed to eat. My brother's wife and I seem to be the only one's who actually care. We both cook, portion, and freeze meals for her so the lazy bums up there can just heat it up. I wish I lived closer so I coud tkar her food more ofter.

We’re well off financially, but not immersion blender rich. I cut and mash up my own vegetables, TYVM.
