Kzoo Posted December 20, 2014 Share #1 Posted December 20, 2014 So Roadrunner, why do you spell your name Roadrunner like the bird and not Road Runner like the bird? I will sleep better at night once I have the answer to this puzzle.
Solution Road Runner Posted December 20, 2014 Solution Share #2 Posted December 20, 2014 I originally (many years ago) took my screen name from the fact that I owned a 1968 Plymouth Road Runner for many years. Back in the day, even Chrysler didn't always spell it "Road Runner". Sometimes they called it "Roadrunner", but the owners didn't really seem to care how it was spelled. I used "Roadrunner" because some of the old forum software didn't like spaces and wanted one continuous name. I hope this helps you to sleep better. Kzoo Posted December 20, 2014 Author Share #3 Posted December 20, 2014 I guess, Road Runner, if that's the only story you got…... I'm still going to ponder that a bit.
Road Runner Posted December 20, 2014 Share #4 Posted December 20, 2014 Do you think I should spell it with a space? The car name was originally taken from the cartoon bird, so I guess I should spell it that way. The way it was spelled on my car:
Ralphie ★ Posted December 20, 2014 Share #5 Posted December 20, 2014 I like it with no spaces. Has better flow.
Kzoo Posted December 20, 2014 Author Share #6 Posted December 20, 2014 The type of bird is roadrunner. The cartoon is Road Runner. The car is Road Runner. I don't care how you spell it. I just wanted to know why. I can go on with life now. Thanks
