That's one level of integration that is either difficult/impossible between disparate applications or a level of expenditure that management didn't feel would return the necessary ROI. It helps that I was on the other side of online classes, teaching others how to save and upload. My school district ran everything through Google so they could give every student a Chromebook. Somehow I had left that life behind. It would be 10 more years before I returned to take courses 1 at a time after work. I have one hospital that tries to pull that crap all the time. I usually call them after the third notice and tell them to look at my account that is right in front of you and look who is paying my bills. They say oh you have secondary insurance.
