How is the work out thing going?

:cheerleader:

Getting better every day.  Did chest and abs last night and then spent about 10 minutes on the bike.

Will be working out 2-3 times per week.

I slept better last night and had more energy in the AM.

Small steps.  I lost a lot of strength over the years.

Our foot care nurse is gonna do about 8 sessions with a trainer..she had her first session this week...she was hurting on Wednesday..said she took advil and pretty much died when she hit the bed.

My first day back, after about 7 years off was leg day.  A bit rubbery that night, seemed okay next day, but got progressively sore for two days.  I just regret letting myself go this far.  Can't live in the past, gotta move on.

It bothers me I find myself relating to you. Are you sure you’re a Cowboys fan?
