Did chest and abs last night and then spent about 10 minutes on the bike. Will be working out 2-3 times per week. I slept better last night and had more energy in the AM. Small steps. My first day back, after about 7 years off was leg day. A bit rubbery that night, seemed okay next day, but got progressively sore for two days. I just regret letting myself go this far.
