Ralphie ★ Posted January 21 Share #1 Posted January 21 Lots of feta was good because I suspected it was getting old so I wanted to head off the mold monster. Fresh poblanos are nice, but they are much much better roasted, but that smells up the house so I am not allowed, and doing it ootside is too much work. This batch of Shoprite Spanish Olives has MUCH bigger olives than usual. Any why are they so )(*&%%$ salty? 1

Over charcoal with something for smoke, hickory or mesquite, is best. I have just a few baggies left in the freezer

They are a lot firmer than the little guys but seem to taste the same.

Costco had pitted colossal olives when I was there around the holidays. What does she like in them? Or plain?
