Lots of feta was good because I suspected it was getting old so I wanted to head off the mold monster.

Fresh poblanos are nice, but they are much much better roasted, but that smells up the house so I am not allowed, and doing it ootside is too much work.

This batch of Shoprite Spanish Olives has MUCH bigger olives than usual.  Any why are they so )(*&%%$ salty?

BuffCarla can’t find the huge Spanish Olives she likes.

Over charcoal with something for smoke, hickory or mesquite, is best. I have just a few baggies left in the freezer
