Popular Post Longjohn ★ Posted January 22 Popular Post Share #1 Posted January 22 I’m glad I came home last night. I didn’t catch any snow until I was on my dirt road. They are all snow covered now. 4 1

Longjohn ★ Posted January 22 Author Share #3 Posted January 22 I-79 was closed for awhile last night after I got home. I left just in time to beat the storm. Bad accident had it shut down.
team scooter Posted January 22 Share #4 Posted January 22 Yea our county started spraying all of our roads with some kind of a liquid snow melter before every weather event. I guess it delays the snow sticking, but once it does stick, it gets more wicked slippery then if they left roads untreated. And when the stuff gets on the cars, you can almost hear them starting to rust. 1
MickinMD ★ Posted January 23 Share #5 Posted January 23 My sister, on Friday, said there was a chance of snow today, Sunday, but it's been above freezing all day and will be tonight and tomorrow as we get lots of rain overnight. We dodged another snowstorm. It's supposed to be 39 or 40F overnight through 9:30 am tomorrow when I have a dental checkup so I don't have to worry about icy roads.
