Will I snack?

I have lost my appetite.  For lunch I just drank a protein shake.  230 calories, 42 g of protein, 7 g of sugar and not much else. 

I have another to drink before heading to the gym.  Lower calorie and lower protein. 

Will I be able to resist snacking on some walnuts or trail mix before heading to the gym at 5?
