jsharr ★ Posted January 26 Share #1 Posted January 26 I have lost my appetite. For lunch I just drank a protein shake. 230 calories, 42 g of protein, 7 g of sugar and not much else. I have another to drink before heading to the gym. Lower calorie and lower protein.
