Verizon Customer Service...

So I'm having reception problems at the new house. I call them today (from work because at home it constantly drops calls).

 

The computer asks me to input the phone number I'm calling about. Then I go into tech support menu.

It asks me to input the phone number I'm calling about. Then it goes into a more detailed menu of tech support subcategories.

It asks me to input the phone number I'm calling about. Then I get a 'person'.

The first question she asks....you guessed it, "what's the phone number you are calling about?".

 

Then she eventually gets to a place where she wants to reset something on my phone and needs my phone off to do it. Ironically, my work phone is offline right now too, so we have no way to stay in touch. She tells me to power it back on about 2 minutes after I power it off and she'll call me back on it.

 

That was almost 20 minutes ago now. I think she ditched me.

My wife doesn't like calling tech support (who does?) Every time she has a question she stops in at the Verizon store and usually walks out with new phones.  That's how I got my iPhone 6. :whistle:   She actually didn't have a problem with any of our phones but she had a question about her bill.
