I purchase arsenic and cyanide and have it shipped to my dental office I poison my wife. This is just a wild dream that could never happen right? But, asking for a friend, is arsenic and cyanide readily available to dentists? Do you think an all-star dialysis nurse could be a similar hook-up? The 45 year old in CO laced his wife’s protein shakes with arsenic and potassium cyanide. He ordered the potassium cyanide and had it sent to his clinic. His business partner alerted authorities as this was something that dental procedures would not need.
