Square Wheels Posted January 2, 2015 Share #1 Posted January 2, 2015 Ran 3, not too smart. The route was about 5 - 6 miles. I can't run that far yet. I ran 3 then planned to walk the rest of the way. It's in the mid 30's and windy. By the time I was finished running I was sweaty. Then for the 2 - 3 mile walk home the cold and wind really hurt. I haven't been that cold in a long time. Fellow forum members back East will laugh, but I wore a long-sleeve running shirt because I was cold in the upper 50's this morning in So.
