Road Runner Posted January 3, 2015 Share #1 Posted January 3, 2015 It was hiding in the back of my cabinets. It had a dead spider on it. I am making me some chili with chicken. Should be ready in about 4 hours if you want some. Don't worry, I got rid of the dead spider.
Kzoo Posted January 3, 2015 Share #2 Posted January 3, 2015 I just had some white chicken chili for lunch. It was take-out from a local restaurant that I didn't get to eat the other night. And, as it should…. it had beans in it. Good stuff. Remember to make enough to share with the rest of us.

Road Runner Posted January 4, 2015 Author Share #15 Posted January 4, 2015 My chili was fantastic. I just throw in seasonings like garlic, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, etc. I never measure anything so it always tastes a little different depending on the variable quantities and ingredients. This time must have been just right. Excellent!!!!

I also really enjoy using green peppers. And Suzie and jsharrt are getting to me - maybe I'll try some tofu in place of ground beast!
