That doesn't help at all, I would have to buy some sort of primitive stamp or something, maybe weigh it, then talk to a public servant to be sure they don't screw it up somehow. I have had something to mail to Petite for months now, but the whole thing is so annoying that I haven't even started the process of sending it.
