tybeegb Posted January 12, 2015 Share #1 Posted January 12, 2015 It's 60 degrees outside. 65 in the house. After three days in the sticks, granted I was in a sleeping bag in an old aircraft hangar, it was still in the 20's, and windy. I cannot get warm. I am ready for summer. jsharr ★ Posted January 12, 2015 Share #3 Posted January 12, 2015 You need more rum, or scotch, or both. I am not sure on that last part, as I am not really a doctor.

Phoenix is very nice this time of year. It's about 70 degrees and sunny with almost no wind today. Come visit.

Destination Posted January 13, 2015 Share #7 Posted January 13, 2015 I used to live in an area where we'd get the first staying snowfall between Canadian Thanksgiving (Columbus Day for you Americans) and Halloween. It would finally finish melting just in time for Easter. The positive side was winter was usually quite sunny. Cold, but sunny.
team scooter Posted January 13, 2015 Share #8 Posted January 13, 2015 Winter hasn't even really started here yet, and I'm looking forward to spring. Of course that'll change once we get a good dumping of snow and the snomo trails open. We got a rare dusting of lake effect snow last night. We're at least 40 miles west of Lake Michigan. The weather gets more curious every year.
