Dirtyhip Posted January 25, 2015 Share #1 Posted January 25, 2015 I made a crap ton of broth for the freezer. These Adams jars work great for storing freezer items. They are durable and not too tapered at the neck for expansion. Now, I must clean up my mess and splatters from getting the broth in the jars.
a bunch of numbers Posted January 25, 2015 Share #2 Posted January 25, 2015 I'm making wedding soup today, I could use a few of those.
Dirtyhip Posted January 25, 2015 Author Share #3 Posted January 25, 2015 I like leaving the fat in the broth. It rises to the top and makes a great protection layer for the broth. The broth tastes pretty good. It's from reserved bones from rotisserie chickens.
KrAzY Posted January 25, 2015 Share #4 Posted January 25, 2015 Broth you could have made more of a sexy post if you would have added the "el" to the end of your thread title!
Johnny Come Lately Name Posted January 25, 2015 Share #5 Posted January 25, 2015 Now you need to put funny labels on them so you can find them six months from now. I had ones labeled "David Lee Broth". (Which, if you left the fat in, is appropriate...)
