Reverse bicep curls

My weight workout usually is done with free weights.  I am just loving the reverse bicep curl.  Just stoked that I added these to the routine.  


I generally do the weights after work.  I've been very good lately, because I am all stoked up for enduro season.  The fire in me is burning bright.  There is no lack of motivation these days.

Describe these.


Are you working tris or is this a negative type hold where you lower the weights slowly?


Regular bicep curls are done with your palms facing upward. Reverse has your palms down. Similar to how you grip a handlebar.  Does that make sense?
