No one gets out of their car to check on her or the person(s) in the car. The taxi driver gets out, but only to see if anything happened to his own car. He ignores the young woman. I looks like she saw the car at the last moment and was able to put one foot down. The other leg must have been up high enough so it cleared the bikes fender and the car just pulled it out from under her. The bike looks pretty good too considering what happened to it.
