Zealot Posted January 30, 2015 Share #1 Posted January 30, 2015 I took a spill in the ice last night. Went outside to lock up the cars about 11:00 and was wearing a pair of plain leather bottom moccasins. (I knew better) Hit a small divet in my driveway and went down hard. Little stiff this morning. Thought about your fall when it happened.
Zealot Posted January 30, 2015 Author Share #2 Posted January 30, 2015 Yeah, in our weight rooms there are always a lot of women. Just got a text from my wife. She slipped and fell on the ice at the Vets this morning. Wow!
Kzoo Posted January 30, 2015 Share #3 Posted January 30, 2015 I fell on an uneven patch of frozen over snow yesterday morning. My foot slipped out from under me sideways. I rolled slowly on my hip on a relatively soft piece of ice/snow/lawn. I felt fortunate at the time.

F_in Ray Of Sunshine Posted January 30, 2015 Share #6 Posted January 30, 2015 Fixed it. Well if you're golfing, you're supposed to fix it. They even have signs that say "Please Replace Your Duvets".

SuzieQ Posted January 31, 2015 Share #8 Posted January 31, 2015 Hope you're feeling better, the ice is the most evil part of winter! I'm at a 4 day Yin Yoga training - it's a little difficult cos there is a lot I can't do. There are two other people in the training that have ice injuries! Sorry that you still have to contend with the rib issue. Yeah, ice can be pretty nasty!
