Thaddeus Kosciuszko Posted January 31, 2015 Share #1 Posted January 31, 2015 in the basement, on the Concept machine. Not for long - only about 15 minutes. The machine says I 'traveled' 3500 meters and burned off the equivalent of a 20 ounce soda. I figure if 3 or 4 sodas would add to my weight then maybe 3 or 4 'anti-sodas' on the rowing machine might take some off. I'm trying to find pockets of time to exercise and build up a better routine. The time is there, I just need to find it. Finding 15 minutes should be relatively easy to do. Maybe I'll work up to longer times once I discover how easily 15 minutes fit into my day.
Johnny Come Lately Name Posted January 31, 2015 Share #2 Posted January 31, 2015 If I unplug my sump pump, I could probably go rowing in my basement too!

Johnny Come Lately Name Posted January 31, 2015 Share #5 Posted January 31, 2015 Haven't been on a rowing machine in a long time. It's like a treadmill....only slightly less boring.
Thaddeus Kosciuszko Posted February 1, 2015 Author Share #6 Posted February 1, 2015 The advantage the rowing machine has over a treadmill is at the end of your workout, the rowing machine has moved twice as far as the treadmill for the same amount of time.
