Stuffing was made with baked rice (brown and wild) with onion, celery and bell pepper and leftover crawfish etouffe with some pecans added. Yum. I have already eaten an omlette (two eggs, feta, mushroomsa), juice (kale, lemon, orange, apple, carrot, basil and chia seeds), and that lovely bagel. OK, now I'm hungry. Actually part of the process is to not cave to the hunger. Conquer the hunger (and the pants fit better). I love feta on my omelet. 3 eggs feta, diced tomatoes and spinach.
