F_in Ray Of Sunshine Posted February 20, 2015 Share #1 Posted February 20, 2015 Got a tool in for rework from one of our vendors. Came in on a skid, in a plywood box, fastened with drywall screws. Did the work, put it back in the box and put the top back on. ....with about 437 drywall screws, some of which were long enough that they damned near killed the screw gun burying them. And, just to make it interesting, there's ONE T-20 deck screw, ONE T-25 deck screw and ONE straight slot screw....

F_in Ray Of Sunshine Posted February 20, 2015 Author Share #6 Posted February 20, 2015 what I heard is "poor planning and inventory control methods" No, we're on an austerity budget. I had to go the extra mile and bring in my own deck screws from home.

Page Turner Posted February 20, 2015 Share #8 Posted February 20, 2015 .. ...I would love the obvious excuse to break out the carbide tipped chainsaw. It doesn't really get used enough anyway.
