Dirtyhip Posted February 20, 2015 Author Share #4 Posted February 20, 2015 I eat snacks all day long...about every 2-3 hours. I won't finish the nuts. I will eat about 1/3 of the bag and put the rest in my desk. The little piece of steak is about 3 bites worth. Everything else is fruits and veggies.
Dirtyhip Posted February 20, 2015 Author Share #5 Posted February 20, 2015 I see nothing from the five basic food groups. (Fat, Salt, Sugar, Preservatives and Alcohol) Fat is in the steak and the avocado. The green thing in the bag is a lime...to squeeze juice on my avocado. Longjohn ★ Posted February 22, 2015 Share #21 Posted February 22, 2015 I had a bowl of home made chicken noodle soup my wife made for me. That's all I've eaten today. I'm just not into a low residue diet. Clear liquids only tomorrow.
