VERRRRRYYY slowly getting the mileage up; mostly mental training to stay on the damned things for any length of time! Having said that, I AM noticing some aerobic improvement. How the heck is it I can work up a heck of a sweat on rollers in a 60 degree basement?? Shorts, shirt, mtb shoes. I don't get it?! It's pretty cool, though; makes me feel like I'm really doing something. Kinda weird how my toes can get chilly when wearing my warm Smartwool socks. :Yet I'm dripping sweat from my hair onto my ears and into my eyes.
