LoneWolf Posted March 3, 2015 Share #3 Posted March 3, 2015 You could tell us what it is so we could avoid it...or not. I myself, am having this rather average stuff. My parents brought it back from their vacation (which was a really nice thought on their part) for me, unfortunately, it's just not great.
Ralphie ★ Posted March 3, 2015 Author Share #4 Posted March 3, 2015 You could tell us what it is so we could avoid it...or not. I doubt that any of you are dumb enough to fall for it. But here is a hint from a Beer Advocate review: Despite the hating here, this was tasty as heck. Pours _blue_ with a finger of _blue_ head, which both retains and laces. Aroma is blueberry. Taste is blueberry. Lack of booziness at 8% is fantastic and sweetness is nice. Girly or not, this stuff is fantastic.
Longjohn ★ Posted March 3, 2015 Share #5 Posted March 3, 2015 We have a local tavern with over twenty beers on tap. I like to do flight bars and sample the top beers by alcohol percentage. There are some downright nasty IPAs out there. On the other hand I have had some incredible high octane stouts and porters. The problem with the high percentage stuff is when you find one you really like after a couple of them you can't remember what you just had.
smudge ★ Posted March 3, 2015 Share #6 Posted March 3, 2015 Was it this crap? Only reason I have it was to pair it with cheesecake for an office Christmas party. Then we never had the party. Figures.

smudge ★ Posted March 4, 2015 Share #13 Posted March 4, 2015 It needs watering down. It is riDICulously sweet. Probably a good chick beer. But not this chick.
