Airehead Posted March 3, 2015 Share #1 Posted March 3, 2015 Mr. Aire would like some meat. I got some cube steak because it was little. Does this make sense? Say yes because it is already done-- I coated it with Wegman's special pan flour. Browned it in a dutch oven on the stove. I sliced a big Spanish onion and four peppers and threw them on top. Now it is in the oven at 250 degrees. He will eat it at 5:15ish. Will it be done? Also will it make its own broth for the rice?I am also roasting cauliflower and have jasmine rice in the cooker. Those will be fine because I know hwo to make them.
