I think I am getting motivated

So I did 31 minutes on the bike on Sunday...yesterday was the Brits...but tonight was about 50 minutes of yoga.  After that I did 25 minutes on the bike.  I ate more than planned for lunch (not bad stuff..but a bit more)...dinner was a nice portion with lots of veggies.  I can do this  :nod head:  I am leaving it up to you guys to motivate me :P
