It was -20 on Friday night and here he comes into work wearing basketball shorts and high top leather work boots. It can't be a fashion statement, he looks like a dweeb. The sort of day that washes the color out of everything and makes you feel downtrodden.Temps are supposed to drop in the the upper 20s beginning around afternoon rush hour.
