Wait - where's the 32T cog? :P

Thanks for enabling my laziness.  I didn't want to get out of bed so I had my dad post this for me.

(I just humbly believe my bikes aren't exactly the kinds of photos people want to see)

and re "the younger generation"... haven't we been through this? :P

nice pics, UB.

honestly, after looking at my own bikes for so long, I think that frames smaller than about 60 cm look odd.

I actually saw a 64cm Panasonic the other day and thought of you. :D

yes, I believe we have discussed this at some length. the overall consensus is that young people are fucking useless as tits on a tom cat unless you are talking video games, in which case they are worth their weight in Xbox controllers

what's that frame made out of, Page?

...both DB steel, the Rauler is Columbus SL, I think.  I forget what Schwinn was using in the Paramounts in the early 70's, but probably Reynolds 531.

Nice, Page. I'm a sucker for the vintage stuff...

...I can no longer park a car in the two car garage, that's how out of hand it's gotten here.  There are just sooooo many high end steel bikes around here now, and all the money is chasing plastic bikes, so I have ended up with a buncha stuff that, like Nate said, I wouild've killed to have back in the 70's-80's.

What's an original '79 Lotus Unique - almost all original - worth to you? :P

I bought it new, rode it for years and loved it. Now when I go back and ride it, I just go "eeeeewwww" hang it up and go back to my new stuff...

Reminds me [a little] of the first 27" Panasonic roadie I got, in 1988 - in that it was the same yellow-on-red color scheme (bars were black though).  Loved that bike - I still get pissed off thinking about the night I worked late and returned to the train station to find it was stolen (it occurs to me that will be 20 years ago next month).

I'm guessing it was slightly taller...
