Hollandaise sauce...

I don't think I have ever made it...However...I thought I would give it a try tonight...I baked some Tilapia that was coated in panko...I had some asparagus spears...so I did 1/3 (more of less) off Julia Child's recipe...1 egg yolk, 1 Tbsp of lemon juice, "some soft butter" ...and I forget..s&p??? Anyway...it worked...a very nice lemony sauce on my asparagus.
