TrentonMakes Posted May 31, 2015 Share #1 Posted May 31, 2015 (edited) About two miles with the kids in the morning, and then about 14 with my daughter in the afternoon. We rode the canal towpath, except for the streets to get us there. I feel a little bad because it was a little much for her. The steep climb back up was tough. But she did it. That gives me about 40 for the weekend. Edited May 31, 2015 by TrentonMakes

Ralphie ★ Posted June 1, 2015 Share #3 Posted June 1, 2015 About two hours out. There is a nice park with trails that is just a short ride from my abode, so I took advantage. There is a side entrance that used to be marked no trespassing, but now has a sign warning of natural obstacles and such, so I took it and promptly got lost. I finally made it out through someone's yard. I had a good workout, but I am still a wimp about muddy spots and obstacle crossings and steep hills and such, but I am making slow progress over bigger and bigger roots. Felt great to finally get a decent ride in!
az_cyclist Posted June 5, 2015 Share #4 Posted June 5, 2015 29.9 miles @ 17.1 rolling ave. kind of a recovery ride from the day before (the climbing) and from taking a tumble on the ride home from the Saturday ride
