I'm impressed, but also depressed

I'm in Chicago and really wish I had not decided to add on extra days to my business training.  I only just got here and I want to be home.  Maybe traveling alone is just not for me anymore....

Theres a lot of things to like about Chicago. But there's more reasons why I dont want to work, or even travel down to Illinois any more.

If you get a chance, take a Chicago architecture river boat tour.

Or rent a bike and ride along the lakeshore trail. This rental place is located at Navy pier, another place worth seeing.

Thanks TS - I think I will check out the the boat.  I saw cruisers along the lake that you seem to be able to pick up and drop off in different areas - no helmets, but I shall live dangerously.....

Trucks and vehicles with trailers are not allowed on LS Drive.  Ask me how I know this?

And after the blizzard of a could years ago, I'm surprised they allow busses on there.

Any truck we used to work anywhere in the city needed to have a permit in the window. We could access anywhere we needed to go, LSD, museum campuses, park/bike paths, etc.

OK, maybe I wont miss working in the city THAT much.
