I'm not sure we ever spoke to each other again after the day he killed the car. I just got married and that kept me busy. I never made another pass down the track after that day either. They often die horrible deaths left out in the rain to rust after all the good parts are taken off. That's why I appreciate good museums like the NASCAR one in Darlington or the Garlits one in Ocala.
