Just under 15 miles, 15.3mph avg, 691 climbing feet.  Cloudy and cool - great morning for a ride.

There's a downhill Strava segment I ride, with a traffic signal at the bottom.  Whoever set up that segment must have gone beyond the signal, because I was flying this morning and still ended up over a minute off my fastest pace - likely because I spent a minute sitting at the red light.  My fastest times have come when that light was green and I sailed right through.

I saw the same type of report about a Strava segment that went through a busy intersection from a hill. Whoever setup these segments are lunatics.

I road 2.60 miles with my grandkids today.
