We haven't had a lunch thread in a while.  The schralpin lady has dropped the ball or her lunches are the same old same old. 

Last Sunday I cooked some beer-can chicken on the Weber with hardwood and hickory chunks.  Smoky chicken goodness.  Last night I cut up the leftovers and made chicken salad.  Served on toasted whole wheat with crispy bacon.  A side of green bell pepper, seasoned with salt and pepper and rice vinegar.  Ate a peach on my mile walk.  Most excellent.

That sounds so great.  

Lunch today is a large spinach, lettuce, pecan and cucumber salad.  I have a second mini salad that we made with black beans, avocado, cilantro, bell pepper, corn, onion and chipotle dressing.  For a snack, one banana.

I am eating light, because we are having ribs tonight.
