The dew point is up...so naturally I turned my oven on!

Not hot enough ....:blink:  I am melting...

I have a awesome Quiche in the oven...and 2 beets roasting...tonight I will grill 2 pork chops and some bok choy..and serve some artichoke/red pepper tapinade over some of that Vienna bread I got for BLT's.....I also have the ingredients to make Quinoa stuffed red peppers from my moosewood cookbook....


I still have swiss chard, 2 leeks, more beets, and potatoes to cook up...heard a good balsamic vinegar/honey dressing for a carrot & beet salad I might try too.
