Anyone have any interesting ways to serve smoked salmon?

My wife and I went out for a fish fry last night and also picked up some smoked salmon.

Now we're having a disagreement on how to enjoy it. My wife is looking for some kind of fancy smoked fish recipe. And I've always just ate it on crackers with hot sauce. The thing is we have to eat it fast because when the dogs caught the aroma of the smoked fish, my wife gave them a taste. And now they turned into a ravenous wolf pack. 

Anyone have any interesting ways to serve smoked salmon?

Mix some with some cream cheese,chives, capers and a little lemon and S&P for crackers.

Smoked salmon is also excellent on a white pizza.  

It is also awesome with pasta and any white sauce.

Mine is similar to the little piggy's pasta. I mix chopped up salmon with sour cream, Parmesan cheese, capers and pitted black olives and mix it with a pasta like campanelle.

Campanelle, or "bellflowers" in Italian, has fluted, petal-like edges and a hollow center for capturing sauce.

Thanks for the suggestions. My wife is going to make up a salmon pasta of some kind. Depending on what she has on hand.

My mom mixes it with a little crab.  Then she makes eggs Chesapeake which is just like eggs Benedict except swap the mixture for the ham.  Of course, they live on the bay and always have extra crab.
