30 minutes on the trainer.  I guess I did it right - I was sweaty and my legs feel it.  

My iPod hit the deck once but it's OK.  Aside from a brief stop to retrieve it, this was 30 solid minutes of pedaling and I wonder how that effort compares to a real ride, which has stops for traffic lights and a little coasting here and there.

The bike is set up near the treadmill (which my wife uses).  So we can work out together.  Awwwwww............
