Square Wheels Posted September 22, 2015 Share #2 Posted September 22, 2015 I am the least creative person I know. I have close to no imagination at all.Whenever I go to a work workshop and there are crayons on the table I start to panic. If they ask us to draw I would likely find a way to get out of the rest of the day, maybe throw up on the table if needed.
Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted September 22, 2015 Share #3 Posted September 22, 2015 Yes, I painted lots of things. Paint on glass. Album covers, sports team logos etc. My best work was Abbey Road. The most detailed was the inside art from Eat A Peach. I can post photos one day if you like. I was quite prolific back in the 1980s.

Kirby Posted September 22, 2015 Share #9 Posted September 22, 2015 One summer in college I worked at a program that provided jobs for inner city teenagers performing community projects. My team painted the inside of a nursing home. Yeah, what could possibly go wrong with that plan? But we did ultimately end up with some bright and clean walls in the nursing home. maddmaxx ★ Posted September 22, 2015 Share #10 Posted September 22, 2015 I painted a bicycle once. It came out rather nicely. Hammertone by Rustoleum covers a lot of sins.

goldendesign Posted September 22, 2015 Share #12 Posted September 22, 2015 A few abstract paintings for the house. I have several I need to make by years end but haven't decided cost effectiveness. I am between stretching my own canvas or making it with Masonite board. I need three paintings about 48" or larger and one 50 x 70 or so.

Zephyr Posted September 22, 2015 Share #18 Posted September 22, 2015 I use to paint with watercolour. I'm not very good but used it to relax during a stressful period of my life. When things calm doing some I plan on picking it up again.

ahsposo Posted September 23, 2015 Share #23 Posted September 23, 2015 I haven't painted in a while. My wife tends to get all pissy about the paint on the rugs. What I like is taking a doodle from a really boring meeting and scaling it up and painting on 1/4" birch plywood. After I get the rough I'll take a Dremel tool and cut away the edges of the rectangle so it has a pretty organic shape. I've only got one that I like left in the house and don't feel like getting up to take a picture to show you. Lazy.
