Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted September 23, 2015 Share #2 Posted September 23, 2015 3 cups oats, 1 cup chopped walnuts, 1/2 cup slivered almonds, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, dried fruit of preference. mix well.Heat 1/3 cup canola oil, add 1/3 cup honey and enough maple syrup to make 1/2 cup total sugars. Combine with dry ingredients and bake on a rimmed baking sheet at 325 for 30 minutes, stirring every ten until light brown. cool in pan and then store in an airtight container. Makes 2 quarts.
