tybeegb Posted December 31, 2013 Share #1 Posted December 31, 2013 Upgrade to 8.1 and IE 11 to see if the YouTube share will work now for videos. Sorry. This is only a test.
tybeegb Posted December 31, 2013 Author Share #2 Posted December 31, 2013 Obviously it didn't. Yet.

tybeegb Posted December 31, 2013 Author Share #5 Posted December 31, 2013 This test has now concluded. Failed. Again. I am a failure.
Square Wheels Posted December 31, 2013 Share #6 Posted December 31, 2013 You can edit your own posts. Click on the link, then click the icon to remove the link. It needs to be simple text and the forum software will automatically embed it. IE is finicky. It tries to help you by converting the text you paste into a link, but that messes it up. tybeegb Posted December 31, 2013 Author Share #7 Posted December 31, 2013 Okay. I set the default to plain text. No good. Copied the link from YouTube and used the paste as plain text icon. No good. Edited the post and broke the link to the video and it came up like it's supposed to. Looks like I will add that one step to my video posting. Thanks for the help. Road Runner Posted December 31, 2013 Share #8 Posted December 31, 2013 Just do a simple copy and paste.
tybeegb Posted December 31, 2013 Author Share #9 Posted December 31, 2013 Umm, I can't count the number of 'simple' Copy/Paste attempts I have done. Doesn't work. I may still have some setting wrong somewhere, but I will figure it all out, maybe.
