Our archery deer season starts pretty soon, and I've been shooting again lately, too ILF take down recurve....Cartel Fantom riser with Cartel glass and wood limbs. Also have a red oak board bow I made, but it has a hinge in the upper limb, so it's just a play thing right now. Nate Posted September 25, 2013 Share #5 Posted September 25, 2013 that's cool you do traditional archery I like recurves and longbows. aiming is more like throwing a baseball than shooting a rifle. this weekend I dug out all my "spent" arrows, the ones I found around the property after being under leaves for 2 years and arrows I've bitched up over the years and found a half dozen nice ones to have refletched. One nice thing about having some woods on my property is that I live at an archery range.
