kingtermite Posted December 31, 2013 Share #1 Posted December 31, 2013 Nice find. I'm glad you posted about listening to Sun Kil Moon. I'd never heard of them, but I'm really liking their sound. I've been listening to them for about 1/2 hour or more now.
Square Wheels Posted December 31, 2013 Share #2 Posted December 31, 2013 Is this the obscure music thread? I heard these guys at my optometrist many years ago, well, I didn't actually hear them there, but a recording of their music. Anyhow, give Indigenous a listen. SuzieQ Posted December 31, 2013 Share #3 Posted December 31, 2013 They're great right! I don't remember where I heard them first, but had shazamed them at some stage.

Square Wheels Posted December 31, 2013 Share #5 Posted December 31, 2013 Noisy! Definitely a strong guitar sound. I have a few of their CD's, I really like them.
Square Wheels Posted December 31, 2013 Share #6 Posted December 31, 2013 Here's one of my favorites of theirs. I couldn't find a live version and this looks illegal so it will probably be yanked soon.
Ralphie ★ Posted December 31, 2013 Share #7 Posted December 31, 2013 Definitely a strong guitar sound. I have a few of their CD's, I really like them. There is/was a similar Native American band named Red Thunder, I think, that I liked. Oh yeah - this song is familiar. Nice. http://youtu.be/9RxtaDzJOhY
Thaddeus Kosciuszko Posted January 1, 2014 Share #8 Posted January 1, 2014 Nice find. I'm glad you posted about listening to Sun Kil Moon. He was a household name in the late 70's into the 90's. Started the Unification Church if I remember correctly.
kingtermite Posted January 2, 2014 Author Share #9 Posted January 2, 2014 It turns out that the band is going to be in concert here in a few weeks. I'm debating about possibly going. http://seattle.eventful.com/events/sun-kil-moon-/E0-001-059856692-3?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=events&SREF=FBEvent
